Ik hoop dat het allemaal weer goed komt met hem.
Hij is een bepalend onderdeel in het programma.

Top Gear begint weer. Richard -Hamster- Hammond is in zijn nopjes. Meneer heeft wat hersenoperaties gehad, en zal na ongeveer zes maanden recovery weer terug zijn op de buis.

Top Gear Revs Up
Updated: 20:54, Thursday October 05, 2006

TV bosses are allowing Top Gear to go ahead following presenter Richard Hammond's near-fatal crash.
Filming for the new series is reported to have started, with Jeremy Clarkson test driving a Lotus.
The decision is said to have delighted Hammond, who is continuing his recovery in hospital after surgery on his brain.
The 36-year-old is not expected to be back in action for at least six months.
According to reports, Hammond - nicknamed Hamster by his colleagues - was furious the BBC had postponed the new series because of his crash.
And the show's executive producer had threatened to quit if he was told to curb the laddish emphasis on speed.
Transfering hospitals Clarkson is getting back behind the wheel for the cameras as reports claim Hammond would have died if his jet-powered dragster-style car had spun out of control just minutes later.
The air ambulance staff who saved his life had been at the end of their shift and were just about to go home when the emergency call was made.
Boss Martin Eade told The Sun: "They were just leaving work to go for a pint."
Hammond had been driving at around 300mph at Elvington Airfield near York when his car veered off the runway, flipped over several times and crashed on the grass.
Last week, his consultant neurosurgeon said the presenter will be "back to his old self" within six months.[/sub]
